•  What have been some highlights of your Sociology experience these past four years?

The flexibility to be able to take significant coursework outside of the department was wonderful. Equally wonderful: the courses inside the department, which are timely and timeless--useful for now and forever!

• What are your post-grad plans and did sociology play a role in helping you select your job?

I will be enrolled in the Masters of Fine Arts program at Washington University (St. Louis), studying Poetry. I think studying sociology did play a role in this step in my life--it created a new frame through which I see the world, and an urgency to address structural problems.
