Joa Alexander is a doctoral student in the Organizational Behavior program jointly offered by Harvard Business School and the Department of Sociology at Harvard University.

Before her doctoral studies, Joa worked as an independent consultant after graduating with her MBA from the Isenberg School of Management. Earlier, she attended Harvard for a master’s in Regional Studies – East Asia following several years of working for the Asia Society Policy Institute and the Embassy of the Republic of Korea. She attended Harvard as an undergraduate concentrating in East Asian Studies and has been to Korea and China on multiple occasions to study, volunteer, and teach.
