David Shin
Research Interests: Organizations, Innovation, Social Movements, Race and Ethnicity, Inequality
David Shin is a doctoral student in the Organizational Behavior program jointly offered by Harvard Business School and the Department of Sociology at Harvard University. He is broadly interested in how intra-organizational dynamics shape and constrain social innovation.
David holds a BA in Sociology and Law, Jurisprudence, and Social Thought (LJST) from Amherst College, where his research examined the development of diversity initiatives in higher education. Prior to his doctoral studies, David worked in social sector consulting at Informing Change and as a Research Associate at Harvard Business School.
