Eva Rosen is an Assistant Professor at Georgetown University's McCourt School of Public Policy. Rosen received her Ph.D. from Harvard University in Sociology and Social Policy. She has published papers in academic journals including the American Sociological Review, City & Community, Housing Policy Debate, The Journal of Contemporary Ethnography, and The Annual Review of Law and Social Science and is a member of the Scholar Strategy Network. She was recently recognized as one of APPAM’s outstanding early career scholars, receiving their 40 for 40 fellowship.
