Eun Se is a PhD student in Sociology. She received her BA in Sociology and Psychology from Columbia University. Eun Se's research interests include education, inequality, race, ethnicity, and immigration, and social networks. Her dissertation examines how educational practices and norms are shaped transnationally between Korea and the United States. The study focuses on the case of private supplementary education. Eun Se was born and grew up in Seoul, South Korea.
