Payroll Information
Graduate students who receive stipends are paid on the first day of the month. Graduate students who hold paid Research Assistantships are paid weekly on Fridays. Graduate students who hold Teaching Fellow appointments are paid on the 15th of the month. To set up direct deposit, go to www.harvie.harvard.edu, click on the PeopleSoft icon, and log on with your HUID and PIN. In PeopleSoft you will be able to access your pay stub, enter or change your tax exemptions, if you wish, and set up direct deposit. Read more about Payroll Information

Identification Card and PIN
Your ID card and PIN can be obtained from the Campus Service Center on the 8th floor of Holyoke Center (located at 1350 Massachusetts Avenue). Read more about Identification Card and PIN

Your ID card and PIN can be obtained from the Campus Service Center on the 8th floor of Holyoke Center (located at 1350 Massachusetts Avenue). The ID card allows you to use the Harvard University library system, to enter William James Hall after hours, as well as access various other University facilities.  You will also need a PIN which will enable you to access various on-line library resources as well as information on Harvard’s employee website (www.harvie.harvard.edu). To apply for a PIN, see instructions at: www.pin.harvard.edu.

Office Keys and Building Access
A key to your William James Hall graduate student or research assistant office may be obtained from the Center Office (B-12 William James Hall, basement level). They will also program your ID number into the WJH security system for access to William James Hall after hours.
