We're proud to announce that Julia García Galindo, Sociology ’25, is a Harvard College URAF Research Ambassador for the 2023-2024 academic year.

The goal of the Research Ambassadors program is to ensure that all students realize that they have the opportunity to conduct research across all disciplines as an undergraduate at Harvard and that students are then empowered to make the decision if they would indeed like to pursue a research experience over the course of their time here. Ambassadors will be running different events throughout the Fall term and into the Spring where they will explore the ins-and-outs of research from different perspectives and fields as well as delve into the challenges that they themselves have faced as student researchers. Research Ambassadors will also be holding office hours and will be available to chat with undergraduates in any stage of their research career about all different research-related matters!
