 **Soohan Kim** is Associate Professor of Sociology at Korea University. His research interests include organizations, social networks, stratification, and institutional change. He has conducted research on how social institutions have shaped organizational processes, employment, and inequality. He studies the effects of corporate diversity on financial performance (with Frank Dobbin, Alexandra Kalev and Yuval Spiegler); the effects of commuting on social network and quality of life (with Lira Ahn); on mechanisms of gender homophily (with Hwajin Shin); on the effects of interdisciplinary research on gender inequality (with Dong Joon Park and Soyun Park). He received his PhD from Harvard University in 2011.
