Julie Yen is a doctoral student in the Organizational Behavior program jointly offered by the Harvard Business School and the Department of Sociology at Harvard.
Julie holds a BA in History from Harvard University. Prior to her doctoral studies, she worked in the nonprofit sector at José Mateo Ballet Theatre and in commercial banking strategy at Capital One. Her research interests explore questions of social purpose and responsibility, with a focus on organizations that combine social and commercial goals.
