Dominika Randle is a Ph.D. student in the Organizational Behavior program jointly offered by the Harvard Business School and the Department of Sociology at Harvard University.

Broadly, Dominika’s research interests center around two streams. The first one relates to how different levels of organizational systems influence each other and contribute to organizational identity and change. The second one engages with workforce diversity.

Before joining the PhD program at Harvard, Dominika worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in New York. She graduated from Harvard University with an A.B. in Economics, a Secondary Field in Government: International Relations, and a Language Citation in German.
