Thesis Prize Winners!

The Department is pleased to announce the winners of this years Fulton and Hoopes Prizes for best theses! Carolina Ribeiro has been awarded the Department's Fulton Prize for Best Thesis for her work, "Invisible Assets: Experiences of Harvard Students in the Recruiting Process for FInance Jobs." Carolina was advised by Dr. Tiffanie Ting. Further congratulations to Carolina, Karen Maldonado, and Quinn Mulholland for being awarded a 2017-18 Hoopes Prize! Karen Maldonado, advised by Charlotte Lloyd, wrote "Strong Women, Dainty World: Embodying Resistance to Hegemonic Feminine Ideals." Quinn Mulholland was advised by Tom Wooten and wrote, "Solitary in Suburbia: The Social Networks of Suburban Voucher Holders in Atlanta." We are very proud of this amazing cohort of thesis writers.
