Nathan Wilmers is a 2017 Equitable Growth grantee

Nathan Wilmers, Ph.D. candidate in Sociology, is one of 20 grantees in the Washington Center for Equitable Growth's 2017 class. Nathan received a doctoral research grant for work on his dissertation, “Unions, managers, and monopolies: How concentration and managerial power contribute to rising wage inequality.” He will link administrative data sets to explore how the interaction between increasingly concentrated product markets and rising managerial power affects earnings inequality.
