Teaching fellows and lecturers honored at Bok Center Reception

Today at a reception, the Derek Bok Center presented teaching awards to outstanding graduate student teaching fellows and lecturers offering courses during the fall 2018 term.

Sociology doctoral candidate Miguel Quintana Navarrete was one of only five FAS-wide winners of the Derek C. Bok Award for Excellence in Graduate Student Teaching of Undergraduates.

Congratulations to graduate students Victoria Asbury, Elena Ayala-Hurtado, Alexandra Ciomek, Hanna Katz, Alexandra Mitukiewicz, Cresa Pugh, Miguel Quintana Navarrete, Ethan Raker, Derek Robey, Adam Travis, Zachary Wehrwein, and Xiaolin Zhuo, who received Certificates of Distinction in Teaching, and to lecturers Shai Dromi, Manja Klemenčič, Rachel Meyer, and Tiffanie Ting, who received Certificates of Excellence in Teaching.
