#  Professors Christina Cross and David Pedulla win ASA awards in Family Section

 Professors [Christina Cross](/people/christina-cross) and [David Pedulla](/people/david-pedulla) have won ASA section Article of the Year prizes.Professor Cross won the American Sociological Association’s Family Section Article of the Year Award for her co-authored article “Interlinking structural racism and heteropatriarchy: Rethinking family structure's effects on child outcomes in a racialized, unequal society.” Professor Pedulla also won the Family Section Article of the Year Award for his co-authored article “When Do Work-Family Policies Work? Unpacking the Effects of Stigma and Financial Costs for Men and Women”.
