Christopher Bail (Ph.D. 2011), Douglas and Ellen Lowey Associate Professor of Sociology, and Philip Napoli, James R. Shepley Professor at the Sanford School of Public Policy, at Duke University, are among this year’s Andrew Carnegie Fellows.
