Fulton Prize for Best Thesis and Honorable Mentions Awarded

The Fulton Thesis Prize for best thesis and two Honorable Mentions were awarded on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at the department's annual senior thesis writers' reception.

The Fulton Thesis Prize for best thesis was awarded to Ian Lundberg for his thesis titled “Who Pays a Motherhood Wage Penalty?: The Role of Job Change and Employment Gaps.”  Advisors: Sasha Killewald and Chris Winship.

Two theses received Honorable Mention for the Fulton Prize:

Nafisa Eltahir - “Colorism in Context: How Young African American and Sudanese Women Experience Their Skin Color”
Advisor: Monica Bell

Natalie Smith - “Family Life after Incarceration in the Boston Reentry Study”
Advisor: Bruce Western
